Micro grinder "Plazma 10I-NS". The feed hopper and body of the micro grinder's grinding cell are made of stainless steel. The grinder has the explosion-proof engine that allows the using in the explosion hazard industrial chambers.
The working process consists of formation of the pipe from film, soldering horizontal and vertical seams and cutting finished package off. Before start to work one needs to set the temperature of the horizontal and vertical heating elements with the help of heat-control unit which is located on the side panel of the wrapping machine.
In order to ensure the temperature setup is correct one needs to do several control seams.
The working process of the wrapping machine «Plazma 10U-3» consists of the following operations: manipulator should pull film out to limiter, solder the seams with the help of the handle (soldering time should be about one second) and then return the handle to the initial position.
Dosing machine «Plazma 10D-1»
The dosing machine «Plazma 10D-1» is constructed for precise periodical weighting of the necessary products dose and for filling the dosing machine with the dose.
The dosing machine consists of:
feed hopper which is intended for the primary filling;
vibrating tray which is intended for the automatic product feeding;
shutter for controlling the products feed rate;
block for adjusting the weight of product's dose;
body where the electronic control unit, block for opening shutter of the feed hopper and the dosing machine mechanism are located.
The working process of the dosing machine.
When the product is placed to the feed hopper and starts to fall into receiving hopper through the vibrating tray the weight measuring device starts to work. When the products weight gets the required value the shutter is opened and the product is emptied into wrapping machine. To calibrate the weight one needs to press the red button which can be found on the dosing machine's body (the very right indicator should turn on). Then fill the feed hopper with the product's dose in the required weight and adjust the dosing device with the help of counterweights. You can control the balance state with the help of the red indicator (central) which is located on the side panel of the dosing machine's body. After this you should turn off calibrating mode (press the red button on the dosing machine's body again) and make 5-8 weighting cycles. Go on to the calibration of the dose's weight again if needed.
Every time you measure the feed's rate with the help of the controlling shutter you should make the controlling weighting (and adjust the dose's weight if needed).
To stop the dosing machine's work before end of the cycle (if needed) press the red button which is located on the dosing machine's body (the last right indicator has to light). To restart the dosing machine's work press this button again.
