The simple designed micro grinder «Plazma 10I-NS» ensures maximum equipment reliability and qualitative grinding of any nonsolid products in laboratory environment with supply voltage 220V (powdered sugar, spices, flour, nuts, pharmaceutical ingredients and dietary supplements, waste processing of confectionery, bakery, macaroni productions, etc.).
The feed hopper and body of the grinding cell of the micro grinder are made of the constructional material with the polymeric sintered coating. This material is sanitary certificated and is permitted to contact with the food (powdered sugar, flour products).
This grinder has the knife-type grinding cell. After thermal processing the knives get the necessary hardness for ensuring longtime working capacity. The knife part and the output screen are made of heatproof rust-preventing stainless steel.
Grinder uses the knife-type floating grinding elements which retain their functionality up to 1/3 of the initial size. These properties are the great advantage unlike similar hammer grinders which are less wear-resistant.
It is possible to receive the different fraction of the grinding products (20 μm – 500 μm) with the help of the knife-type technology.
When one changes the grinding product (for example, powdered sugar is changed to rolled oats) micro grinder is cleaned by the compressed air. If there is no compressed air one can use dried cleaning rag.
